Vintage 1970s Italian Skirt Via Appia Roma Size 10 fur coat lining The collar can be wornThis is a 1970s Italian skirt made of black wool with a riveted pattern that is either vinyl or patent leather I have a feeling that it is thin patented leather as vinyl probably would have cracked by now. The rivets are shiny black on the exterior, but brass on the interior of the skirt.
