Breckenridge allowed the bourbon to undergo a secondary maturation in the port cask for between 4 6 months. This particular small batch, specialty craft bourbon starts with a very high rye content, providing a bold, spicy note. By inducing the second maturation in the port cask, that tangy rye flavor
